What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of merchandise ship date. If items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you store credit. Final sale items (marked down merchandise) and intimates can not be returned or refunded.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval we will send you your store credit of the amount of your item at time of purchase.
If you order an item online and it is out of stock in store, we reserve the right to give a refund instead of clothing. If an item is listed as $0, the item is not currently available and the order will not be fulfilled.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. We offer flat rate Priority mail. Priority mail does not mean one day shipping, but 2-3 business days.
*Swank is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages.
