What do I need to know about cropped items?
All cropped items are final sale - each piece is one of a kind! We recommend that cropped pieces be gently hand washed and hung to dry.
You can request that we custom crop an item for you! Contact us via Instagram, Facebook, or text us at (706) 799-7386. Be sure to specify your desired length/inches you want removed from the item!

What type of shipping does Swank offer?
The above shipping rates apply to orders that are shipped to anywhere within the contiguous US.
Swank is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once order tracking information reports the package delivered to the provided address. Please contact USPS for help with the recovery of lost or stolen packages.
What is Swank’s return policy?
We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you aren’t, you may request that your returned item(s) be considered for store credit if they are returned within 14 days of the merchandise ship date.
Please note that if items are not returned in the condition that they were sent in (tags must remain intact, the item must be unworn and unwashed), then we are unable to offer store credit. Final sale (marked down) merchandise and intimates may not be returned or refunded.
Once Swank receives and inspects returned items, an email confirmation will be sent notifying about approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, store credit will be issued in the amount paid for the item.
If an out of stock item is ordered, The Swank Company reserves the right to give a refund instead of the item ordered. Please note that an item listed as $0 is not currently available and we will be unable to fulfill that item.
