The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving store success, leading daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role supports all three of our brands—The Swank Company, Posh Tots, and Escape Outdoors—and is strictly an on-site, on-location position.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate a warm, welcoming, high-energy shopping environment and oversee daily sales floor operations.
- Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are fully stocked and organized.
- Oversee omnichannel fulfillment, including online orders, in-store pickups (BOPIS), and inter-store inventory transfers.
- Maintain stock accuracy through routine cycle counts and oversee new merchandise receiving.
- Flag best sellers and slow movers to Management and our Buying Team to ensure fresh inventory guided by customer needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail sales or supervisory/management experience.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Technical proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, with reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30–40 lbs during shifts.
