We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you aren’t, you may request that your returned item(s) be considered for store credit if they are returned within 14 days of the merchandise ship date.
Please note that if items are not returned in the condition that they were sent in (tags must remain intact) they may not be returned. All sale merchandise, swim, and intimates are final sale and may not be returned or refunded.
Shoes must be returned in their original box inside of a mailing envelope or shipping box. If there is any damage to the original shoe box, your return may be rejected.
Once Swank receives and inspects returned items, an email confirmation will be sent notifying about approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, store credit will be issued in the amount paid for the item.
If an out-of-stock item is ordered, The Swank Company reserves the right to give a refund instead of the item ordered. Please note that an item listed as $0 is not currently available and we will be unable to fulfill that item.
If you would like us to send you a prepaid shipping label, the $6.00 cost of the label will be deducted from the return total once your return is processed. If you choose to use your own label you will be responsible for paying postage.
SEASONAL RETURNS: During the 2023 Holiday season, we will extend our return policy to a week after Christmas for all items purchased as a gift. Final sale items (sale items, etc.) will remain final sale as well as Christmas/holiday themed products.
