Final sale (marked down) merchandise and intimates may not be returned or refunded. Once Swank receives and inspects returned items, an email confirmation will be sent notifying about approval or rejection of a refund. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a shipping box or poly bag. Returns may be rejected if the original shoe box is damaged.
