Final sale (marked down) merchandise and intimates may not be returned or refunded. Once Swank receives and inspects returned items, an email confirmation will be sent notifying about approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, store credit will be issued in the amount paid for the item. If an out of stock item is ordered, The Swank Company reserves the right to give a refund instead of the item ordered.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a shipping box or poly bag. Returns may be rejected if the original shoe box is damaged.
