If you aren’t, you may request that your returned item(s) be considered for store creditor exchange if they are returned within 14 days of the merchandise ship date. Once Swank receives and inspects returned items, an email confirmation will be sent notifying about approval or rejection of a refund. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a shipping box or poly bag. Returns may be rejected if the original shoe box is damaged.
