Once Swank receives and inspects returned items, an email confirmation will be sent notifying about approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, store credit will be issued in the amount paid for the item. If an out of stock item is ordered, The Swank Company reserves the right to give a refund instead of the item ordered.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a shipping box or poly bag. Returns may be rejected if the original shoe box is damaged.
